Optional Modules

Pipette Calibration
Pipette calibration module for performing routine pipette calibration or accuracy checks. Features include RS232 interface to most lab balances for automatic recording of weights or manual entry if preferred. Calculation of Z-factor, imprecision’s and inaccuracies. Export data to Excel or directly into Impendo calibration toolbox.

Stocktaking
Stocktaking module enables a stock take of all the instruments to be completed quickly and accurately using a Symbol remote data terminal with a barcode head.

The Calibration Toolbox inventory for any particular department or location is first uploaded to the scanner. The user then scans all the instruments in that department. Once this is completed, the user uploads the data from the terminal back to the computer, and the software updates the database. Instruments not found, or instruments not belonging to that department are flagged
