Just because your brand of product is not listed it doesn't mean we can't repair it. If you are not sure on about the brand or not sure if we repair the item period then please, just get in contact with us via telephone post or email or via our online contact form. Just tell us the as much information you have and we will see what we can do or find out. Useful things such as (Bold items are things we really need to know):
- Make
- Model
- Serial number
- Brief specification (example - if it is a balance then the capacity, readability, pan size could be important. if its a orbital shaker knowing the speed and the speed range are just some of the key facts that could be useful.
- Reported fault
If you are looking for a spare part for the instrument then you can submit a spare part enquiry to us. However we must point out that we specify the parts to the best of our ability, based on the information supplied, but we accept no responsibility if the part is incorrect. Any 'spare part only orders' are supplied, therefore, on a non-returnable basis. It is recommended, therefore, that equipment requiring spares/repair are sent to us so a guaranteed repair and, if applicable, a subsequent calibration can be carried out. Any damage from transit of the spare part(s) must be reported on the day of receipt.
NOTE: If you don't want it repaired after we quote or it isn't an item we repair then you will be charged for return and may be charged for examination.
